Spring Hike & Yoga on Mt. Tam
Saturday, March 22nd
9:30am-1:30pm
Come celebrate the start of Spring on a stellar hike through the Mt. Tam Watershed followed by an outdoor Powerful Vinyasa flow hosted at the Cushing Memorial Amphitheater.
We’ll hike the Benstein and Cataract Falls Loop Trail (3.4 miles, rated as moderately challenging) where we’ll experience beautiful waterfalls, rich ecosystems, and a pleasant mix of sun and shade.
There are some decent inclines along the way and some easy, gradual declines to balance it out. Hiking boots/trail runners are recommended—bonus points if they’re waterproof!
The hike will take about an hour and forty minutes, followed by a 65 minute flow to unravel tension in the lower body after trekking around.
Bring lunch and hang out after practice for a picnic under giant oak trees to connect with community!
$20 Investment
Venmo @RachelWolin to reserve your spot!
Please note: If we get rained out, or the wind is too wild, your payment will be refunded and the event will be rescheduled.
