  • Powerful Vinyasa at Bridges Rock Gym

    Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:45pm

    These classes focus on building up to a specific posture, or set of postures, for 4-8 weeks so practitioners have the opportunity and time to explore the sequence more than just once. These practices move slower than your average Power Vinyasa class–practitioners can expect longer holds, a healthy sweat, and establishing a balance between creating strength and mobility in their body.

  • Move + Meditate at TruFusion Walnut Creek

    Wednesdays 11:00am-12:00pm

    Flow through 40 minutes of vinyasa in order to prepare the body for 10 minutes of guided breath work & meditation, ending with 10 minutes of constructive rest. This class is great for both physical and mental health! All levels welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience required.

    “Welcome to your daily dose of sweat therapy. Tru Hot Pilates is a flow-based class in a high-temperature, high-energy environment. Students will sweat through a series of Mat Pilates, high-intensity interval training, and yoga to challenge limits and experience new breakthroughs. You will always leave feeling better than you came in.”

    This class is hosted the second Sunday of each month at the lululemon Walnut Creek store 9-10am or 9:30-10:30am depending on the month. This class is often flow-based, sometimes stronger, sometimes softer depending on the focus. All levels welcome. No sign up required, just show up!
